Day 208 How To Make Multicoloured Layered Jelly

Jelly’s so easy to make, especially if you use a shop-bought pack. I used Hartley’s Tablet Jelly in Strawberry, Raspberry, and Orange to create my layered jelly. I set the jelly in two normal glasses, one wine glass, and eight shot glasses.

1) Separate 6 cubes off one tablet. Save the remaining six cubes for later. Put into a microwavable measuring jug. Cover the cubes with water, and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

2) Pour the solution evenly into cups/moulds.

3) Leave to set for about an hour and a half.

4) Separate 6 cubes off another tablet. Put into a microwavable measuring jug. Cover the cubes with water, and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

5) Leave the solution to cool before pouring on top of the jelly that has already set.

6) Leave to set for about an hour and a half.

7) Repeat steps 4-6 until all cubes of jelly have been used up.

8) Enjoy!

It’s pretty fun to make, though it does take a long time. Also, I left the wine glass jelly in the fridge for two days, and it went quite hard, but really cold as well.
