My friend decided that, instead of resolutions, a photo 365 would be more fun. I thought that was a pretty good idea, but I’m not creative or arty at all. I have as much photography talent as a carrot. Instead, I started this blog as a blog 365 project, and had so much fun doing it that I’m carrying on
until I get bored. Lack of creativity aside, this blog has a couple of photos and doodles scattered here and there (I’m so generous, I know haha). I’m not promising anything amazing; there’s a reason why I didn’t choose art at GCSE.
I post about anything that I happen to like. I guess this is also my way of putting everything that interests me all in one place. There are analyses of poems, silly poems I’ve made up, music I love, food, pictures from days out… Oh, and there’s also my weekly Friday Lust List, which also happens to be the original Friday Lust List. This is where I choose a theme, and five things that I’d buy in a snap if I had an unlimited credit card (And y’know, if somebody else was paying…) It’s exactly what it says in the title: I release it on a Friday, it’s stuff that I Lust after, and it’s a List.
I tend to ramble on and on, like we did on DofE. That wasn’t as awful as I imagined it would be, actually. Yes, we shared our tent with tiny spiders, and there was grass (And mud. Bloody mud. Not bloody as in blood, you know what I mean) as far as the eye could see, but I had fun.
Anyway, about myself. I’d rather eat my favourite foods than be slim, and that’s okay with me. I spend far too much time on The Student Room reading about university life and ways to revise, instead of actually revising. Taylor Swift sings songs that I can totally relate to, or rather, I like to think I can relate to her songs. That’s about it, really.
P.S. When Twilight (the film) first came out, I thought it was a work of genius. I still cringe when I think back to my 13-year-old-self. In fact, I still cringe at myself now.
