One of my favourite poems by Sylvia Plath is You’re, simply because it’s one of her happier poems. Also, I love the way it’s set out in two stanzas of nine lines each, which reflect the nine months of pregnancy.
Wow. Just wow. Judging by my blog stats, it looks like everyone’s either really interested in Ted Hughes, or people are revising for upcoming English exams. Either way, I’m just glad my notes can be of use. Today, I’ll be posting my analysis of Morning Song by Sylvia Plath, Hughes’s first wife. I’m pretty sure everyone knows who Sylvia Plath is, right?
